Sales Representative for Commercial HVAC/Building Trades Engineered Equipment

We are looking for a career oriented person for a full time sales position.  Someone to work with
customers and engineers to provide solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.

Inside/Outside sales, selling to and working with engineers, mechanical contractors, wholesalers,
supply houses and government entities.  Must be able to meet with clients and engineers.  Must be
able to work individually, and on a sales team with training and sales meetings.

Required knowledge and Skills
•        Must be computer literate with proper email and phone etiquette
•        Must have knowledge of HVAC and plumbing engineered products
•        Must be able to pay attention to fine details
•        Must be proficient in WP/MS Word
•        Maintain current sales materials and keep current on product knowledge
•        Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision.
•        Ability to create, compose and edit written materials
•        Strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Functions
•        Searching and taking off jobs
•        Prepare proposals, quotes & submittals
•        Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise
•        Find new sales leads through business organizations, client referrals
•        Follow up on leads/quotes

Additional Responsibilities
•        Participate in marketing events – ie: seminars, expos, trade shows, and other company events
