We are seeking a part time office administrator to play An integral role in our small, family operated sales business.

Monday - Friday 10:00 am to 3:00 pm $14. Hourly



Primary Job duties include:

Answer incoming calls

Provide clerical support with job files

Maintain ordering logs in Excel

Create and process packing slips/delivery tickets

Enter invoices & purchase orders into PBS acct software (PBS-Passport Business Solutions)

Process factory invoices for payment

Maintain filing system and archive annually

Run credit cards

Scan, copy, fax & print

Track shipments

Maintain office supplies

Greet the occasional walk in customer


Required Skills:

Dependability, self-disciplined with the ability to work independently, detail oriented, typing, organizational skills, phone etiquette, computer literacy including word processing, spreadsheets, and email. Written & verbal communication, ability to learn & use office equip, i.e. printer, fax, scanner, and copier.

Today, we specialize in supplying HVAC & Plumbing Equipment and Parts to supply houses, general contractors, government entities, and end users. We are a certified Small, Woman Owned, HUB organization. We are located on the north side of San Antonio, TX and our office is currently open Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm.
